The historic villa hosts a rice degustation experience where cultivation, research, and cuisine converge. Visitors explore the diversity of rice varieties through tasting, revealing the relationship between genetics, landscape, and flavour.

Rainwater is harvested and stored on site within a network of basins and channels. Water levels gradually rise throughout the year before being released through an irrigation system in April to flood the rice fields.
